Process and requirements for becoming a SOHAND contracted translator:
1) You can contact with us according to the advertisements, or at recruitment fair, by logging on our Web site or through introduction by friends.
2) Please inform us your name, location and contact means through telephone, letters, fax and email etc.
3) We will send you a registration form for contracted translators, which will ask you to provide your resume, advantages, academic achievement and interested jobs etc.
4) We will also send you a test document, which you must send back after translation. The translated test document will be assessed by our professor of translation and foreign experts.
5) If your test translation passes, we will have an interview with you or a detailed discussion with you through other means. We will also sign labor contract and confidentiality agreement with you.
6) After the above process is finished, we can give you some formal document for translation. After a period of cooperation, if our professor of translation, experts and customers recognize your translation quality, you will become our formal part-time translator.
