Editing Dept. Proofreading and editing of translated documents. All the translated documents must be transferred to customers after they are checked by professional proofreaders according to the different document type (Chinese to foreign language, foreign language to Chinese, or other types of translations). The translated documents should be accurate and east to understand and express the original meaning of the source language. Efforts should be made to give a mother-tongue style to the translated documents.

HR Dept. SOHAND is a professional translation company and is very much experienced in the recruitment of staff (including professional translation talent and management staff) as well as their training and assessment. The recruitment process is strict and the recruitment is determined by many factors such as their knowledge, standard of written and Oral interpretation, speed of translation and computer skill etc. The management staff are chosen by considering their management experience and foreign language skill. Those who have overseas experience are preferred options. The HR Dept. has regular training for the translators, so that they can understand the latest trend in China and foreign countries and expand their knowledge sphere. Famous professors and experts are employed as consultants. Our well-experiences translator team includes lawyer, doctor, executives, technicians and engineers, graduate and doctoral students, experts, professors and researchers from universities and institutes, all of whom have higher education background. The Market Development Dept. has a group of talents who are young, devoted, with MBA or doctoral degrees and have overseas experiences. They have very good understanding about domestic and international market and information, and can build up bridge for China’s enterprises and institutions to explore overseas market. Market Development Dept. also provides masterminding and promotion services to domestic and international organizations and institutions. For example, press conference, product exhibition, education exhibition, ceremonies and also provide senior oral translators for the customers.

Quality Tracking Dept. Documentation and processing of customer feedback and provide proper response to the customers as soon as possible. Carry out quality tracking before, during and after the translation process and find solutions to address the issues of customers in time to guarantee the translation quality.

Network Dept. Provide services such as the typesetting of the translated documents, Chinese localization, Web site construction and updating etc.
